About Paimpol
The port of Paimpol is very popular with boatowners and tourists for its beauty. There are many restaurants and shops, and there are also many attractions such as the Abbaye de Beauport dating back to 1202, and for three days in August biannually the ‘Fête des chants de marin’, a festival of sea songs. Nearby there is also the Île-de-Bréhat, a beautiful archipelago with many attractions such as a glassmakers.
